  • Leases are quoted on daily or weekly rates; however, if you require long-term or bulk rentals, please contact us for attractive offers. A refundable security deposit (amount listed on respective product pages) will be obtained from you together with the lease payments upon collection.
  • If you would like to purchase products/services, please click on “Interested to Buy” and leave your contact details. We would get back to you asap with the attractive offers!
  • We encourage Informed Purchases. If you would like to purchase the products from LittleTotsWonder after leasing it, please click on “Interested to Buy” and leave your contact details. We will offset 50% of your lease payments (cap at $15) against the purchase price.

How can I contact LittleTotsWonder

We are contactable via Chat function through our website www.littletotswonder.com. You may also refer to About Us for our contact details, and give us a call or drop us a message/Whatsapp.

What are the collection/return timings and venue?

Generally, collections and returns may be made at 31A Seah Street during the below timings:

• Weekdays: 12:00 noon to 7:00pm

• Weekends: 2:00pm to 3:00pm

Should you require timings other than the above stated, please contact us directly.

We provide delivery at S$20/way to any location in Singapore.

What happens if I have made a reservation, but need to either amend or cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances?

Please contact us directly for any amendments required. For cancellations, please note that we may levy an administrative charge.

What documents do I need to provide for leasing items?

We would require your NRIC or other forms of identification with your address stated for verification purposes.

What do you do if the leased item is damaged or lost during the lease period?

Fret not, we are here to help! Please contact us directly asap. Depending on the situation, we will then work out a solution together with you accordingly.

How long in advance do I have to make a reservation for the leased item?

Typically, a day’s lead timing would suffice for us to prepare and ensure that the item you are interested in leasing is ready for your collection. If you require the item urgently, please contact us directly.

What if I need to rent the item urgently for same day collection?

No worries! Simply send us a message on the chat via the website, or on our mobiles and we will get in touch with you shortly!

What happens if I am not able to return the leased items on time or if I would like to extend the lease period?

Please contact us directly. We will then advise accordingly if we are able to extend your lease period (subject to availability).

What are the modes of payment?

We accept Paynow, Paylah, Bank Transfer as well as Credit card payment.

What’s the condition of the items for lease?

At LittleTotsWonder, we take pride in leasing items in good condition and take great care to ensure that the items are thoroughly cleansed and sanitised after each lease.
Lease items which do not meet our stringent checks would be removed from our lease inventory. You have the right to reject the lease items if they are of an unacceptable condition.

What happens to your security deposit if the leased item is damaged or lost during the lease period?

Your security deposit would be withheld during return of the leased item, so we can assess the amounts required to repair or replace the damaged or lost leased item respectively. Further charges may apply. Please refer to our Lease Policy for more details.

Is it free to register with LittleTotsWonder as a customer?

Yes, customer registration is absolutely free! We would also provide you with updates on our attractive promotions, so that you can be one of the first to lease or buy the product/services.

I forgot my username and/or password. What should I do?

Your user name is the email address you registered with LittleTotsWonder. In the Login page, click on the link for “Lost Your Password?”. Once clicked, enter in your user name and a notification with instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

What if I can’t find what I need?

Please contact us. If the required item is suitable for LittleTotsWonder, we would be happy to provide you with the item for lease; and you will be the FIRST one to lease it!

What personal information do I disclose to LittleTotsWonder?

All we need is your name, email address and mobile phone number to allow for effective liaison between you and us! We are highly committed to data security and treasure your privacy with utmost importance. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
